Nothing. Figures, James thinks shaking his head at the admission. The officer had said Davin didn't want to press charges, but after seeing his face and how deep his injures were and hearing him say that, James wants to wring his neck because those jerks deserve to be in jail. It isn't the first time a victim in an assault hasn't wanted to press charges, but it's different with Davin. James knows him. Maybe not well but he knows he didn't deserve this. "No. I mean. Yes. Whatever reason you have for not talking, you need to get over it. You need to say more than nothing.
He sighs again. "I just came to see if you were okay," he admits.
