After days alone, suddenly Davin is there close enough to touch, and he's leaning in, kissing James on the lips. He doesn't stop him. The reunion overwhelms him for a moment, because he was trapped alone, wondering if and when someone would show up to save him. Now Davin is here; he came for him. Part of James is relieved because he's not alone anymore, but then in the back of his head there's the danger of Morrigan.

He keeps his hands on Davin's shoulders looking at him, seriously. "Davin," he utters, but his throat is dry so it comes out hoarse. He swallows a little, shaking his head. "It's not safe. Hurry!" There's still his legs and hands. "Untie me. She'll be back...hurry."
