James smiles, brighter than he has in days, his entire body at ease and
comfortable for the moment, even with the bumps and bruises. This is
exactly what he hoped for but couldn't fathom ever getting. He thought he'd
ruined his chances, and now tonight Davin is telling him he loves him and
he gets to say it back.
"That's all I want too, more than anything," he says, leaning closer to
kiss Davin again. He knows Davin says he needs the rest, that he needs to
take it easy, but he can't resist pulling Davin closer and pressing deeper
into their kiss for a few seconds. When he pulls away it's not very far.
"So, since you're the one who doctored me up, when I can resume physical
activity?" he asks amused.
